In accordance with Fraser Health's Vision, Mission and Values, program mandates and clinical practice guidelines, with an emphasis on recovery and rehabilitation and reducing barriers to re-enter the system of care, this role supports individuals and families affected by acute or episodic mental illness and substance use disorders.
