Job Description

Key Roles
Management of Industrial Engineering (IE) and Production planning and Logistics.
Performance management for team staff through KPI management 
Organization and talent development for IE and Planning and Logistics team and help other function teams.
Enhance IE and Planning and Logistics team capability by leading the following activities.
Keep accurate capacity model by collaborating with engineering and manufacturing team
Drive operational excellence based on good analysis and collaboration with engineering and manufacturing team
Keep stable production plan for mid and short term
Keep Delivery for internal/external customers
Ensure material preparation for stable and effective production
Manage receiving and shipping with import/export compliance
