Nurse Manager Opportunity

This position is full time. The Nurse Manager is Responsible for supervising all aspects of the facility Nursing Departments. Responsible for the delivery of quality care to all patients admitted to The Meadows Psychiatric Center. This position functions as the Nurse Manager and has hour a day, seven days a week responsibility for treatment services provided by the nursing department. Responsibilities include providing administrative management, on-going staff training and supervision, evaluation of all nursing staff: nurse supervisors, charge nurses, LPNs, MHT Managers, and MHTs, and prioritization and delegation of duties; daily patient chart/medical record audits; staff scheduling; and performing direct patient care services supplementally, as needed.
