Manages and implements sourcing strategic project lifecycle, identifies emerging issues and trends, and recommends solutions.
**Job Requirements**
Responsibilities:
The NPD (New Product Development) Strategic Sourcing manager will focus on the following initiatives:
+ Team leader of NPD Proc for certain product lines, managing the team’s working progress, addressing the issues team have, being the escalation window for assigned product lines related new project sourcing issues, monitoring the team’s KPI and fostering team members development.
+ Complete Kaizen projects as directed by regional or global management.
