Mexico Trade Compliance Manager (Obispado) (San Luis Potosí)

Overview

The Mexico Trade Compliance Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all applicable trade laws, regulations, and company policies related to import and export activities in Mexico. This role requires a deep understanding of Mexican customs regulations, IMMEX, OEA, Annex 24 and 30, IVA Certification, tariff classifications, and trade agreements to facilitate smooth and compliant international trade operations. The Trade Compliance Manager will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including logistics, legal, finance, and operations, to deploy and implement trade compliance policies and procedures defined by the Trade Compliance COE.
