Customs Administrator
As a Customs Administrator, you will be a key player in supporting our customs-related issues and programs. Working closely with your team, you will use your exceptional customer service skills to build relationships with, and give support to, our Drivers, the customs brokerage community, and US and Canadian Customs agencies.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Providing eManifest information to Canada Customs via ACI.
- Providing eManifest information to US Customs via ACE.
- Assisting customer service with any customs related issues.
- Strong ability to adapt to varying situations.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
