Position Summary
Control the operation of purchases and supplies of the Division complying with Corporate Policies and Procedures.
Supply in quantity, quality and price the requested materials, products or services to achieve cost reduction through collaboration with area and adherence to the Strategic Purchasing Policy.
Responsibilities
Develop and perform evaluation to potencial suppliers.
Perform and follow up of Purchasing Orders.
Control of prices and regulate contracts.
Monthly reports and participation on inventories.
Complying with Purchasing Policies and Procedures and Strategic Procurement.
Maintain strong communication with departments and users to define priorities of purchasing activities.
Adherence to Quality System Certifications in area
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree.
2 year experience in purchasing and selecting suppliers
Knwoledge in International Commerce.
