Your role
The Sr. Functional Consultant engages and aligns our customers with MES software and industry best practices. Conducts workshops to demonstrate the MES functionality and facilitates business process mapping to standard User Stories exercises. 
In this role you will play a key role in:
Lead customer alignment to MES capabilities and industry best practices, including business blueprinting, user story workshops, and As‑Is/To‑Be process design.
Define, align, and create User Stories and Acceptance Criteria—covering both standard functionality and unique customer requirements.
Support end‑to‑end MES deployment, including system setup, test case creation, execution, and User Acceptance Testing.
Produce complete project documentation while mentoring team members and guiding project delivery activities.
