Job Description
Drive manufacturing efficiency as an MES Application Analyst in Montreal, Quebec. This full-time role combines technical troubleshooting, application support, and cross-functional collaboration for production systems across North America.
You will report to the IT Manager, Manufacturing Execution Systems, supporting and enhancing applications integral to reliable production operations in the U.S. and Canada. Engage with business teams and production leaders to deliver timely solutions, maintain system compliance, and support key decisions through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for manufacturing systems
• Establish relationships with Business, Production, and IT personnel
• Participate in project phases including requirements gathering and implementation
• Analyze data and develop actionable reports and dashboards
• Conduct end-user training and documentation for system capabilities
