Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist (Madrid)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the origination, execution, negotiation and closing of M&A transactions and financings.
• Conduct economic analysis and valuation of development projects of the Group.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and other corporate development activities.

Main Accountabilities

• Collaborate and support for the identification and selection of M&A opportunities.
• Direct and permanent participation and support in the design, organisation and coordination of M&A transactions.
• Coordinate, execute and support the due‑diligence process, including supervision of any type of advisors engaged to execute the DD and interaction with internal departments.
