Mergers and Acquisitions Manager

About the Role

We are building an M&A team in Singapore to support regional and global transaction activities, with a focus on technology-related businesses . We are open to candidates across levels, from junior professionals to senior M&A leaders, depending on experience and fit.

This role offers exposure to end-to-end M&A execution , cross-border transactions, and strategic projects across Asia and globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and/or lead end-to-end M&A transactions , including:
• Deal origination and target screening
• Financial and strategic analysis
• Valuation and business case preparation
• Due diligence coordination (commercial, financial, legal, tax)
• Transaction structuring and negotiation support
