**Position Overview:**

Provides consultative project, program management, and change execution support for mergers, acquisitions, integrations, restructuring efforts, and other business initiatives. Partners to plan, coordinate, and execute workstreams that support business continuity, workforce transition, and strong employee experience. Manages bodies of work with independence, applying judgment to solve problems, and translating direction into actionable plans, milestones, and deliverables. Supports scalable mergers and acquisitions frameworks, playbooks, governance mechanisms, and reporting that strengthen readiness for both large-scale transactions and smaller acquisitions.
