Merchant Servicing
- Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle, including merchant due diligence, KYC verification, contract execution, stakeholder engagement, and technical integration.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants post-onboarding, handling inquiries and resolving operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular account reviews to ensure regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, and continued business growth.
- Build and maintain strong merchant relationships through ongoing support and proactive account management.
- Process, monitor, and reconcile cross-border payment and remittance transactions across multiple currencies, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
