Merchant Acquiring Portfolio Management & Insights Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle and report data and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends, variations, patterns and insights relating to the performance of Payment Services issuers, acquirers and merchants.
• Develop KPI frameworks to track team-specific and overall performance dashboards and communicate effective results to all departments and stakeholders.
• Develop a merchant customer life‑cycle management framework for all small merchants with GAV less than 2m AED to improve key KPIs such as activation rate, GAV, customer profit and customer retention.
• Track inactive and dormant merchants as well as terminals, and design offers, bundles and campaigns to improve desired KPIs.
• Perform merchant portfolio insights and behavioral analysis on both small and mid‑large size merchants and share findings with product and sales teams.
