Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Assortment

• Support seasonal assortment planning aligned with global guidelines and local market needs.
• Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and inventory to optimize product mix.
• Prepare buying recommendations and product forecasts.
• Monitor product life cycle and recommend replenishment or markdown strategies.

Inventory Management

• Ensure healthy stock levels across all stores and channels.
• Monitor sell-through, weeks of holding (WOH), stock cover, and inventory aging.
• Coordinate stock allocation, replenishment, and inter-store transfers.
• Work closely with Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability.

Sales & Performance Analysis

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly business performance.
