Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage the Merchandising team and be responsible for the entire buying and merchandising function for retail and e-commerce.
- Provide analysis and trade reports as needed.
- Organize and manage the buying across all brands and channels.
- Using data provided by Sales and IT, produce in-season reports, forecasting, and formulate buying plans.
- Measure and monitor the performance of the merchandise on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Be in charge of the suggested allocation and distribution of stocks.
- Partner with the Retail teams to create and implement clear procedures and guidelines to ensure launches, sales, and other activities are executed seamlessly.
- Operate as a strategic business manager, overseeing the Merchandising teams effectiveness and processes, teaching best practices.
