Job Description
Duties and responsibilities
System Management & Product Setup
- Execute all technical product setups, including the creation of Decoration Documents, Raw Materials, and Manufacturer Part Numbers within Oracle PLM.
- Ensure all data entry is extremely detail-oriented to prevent downstream supply chain errors.
Sample & Vendor Lifecycle
- Manage the end-to-end sample process, from creating requisitions and POs in Oracle EBS to aggressive follow-up with vendor partners on status and delivery.
- Attend vendor meetings as needed to facilitate clear communication.
Financial & Administrative Tracking
- Maintain the Pre-Costing Sheet, meticulously tracking sample status, PO numbers, and logistical updates.
- Support client meetings by capturing technical notes and maintaining the Product Approval Spreadsheet.
