Job Description
- Ensure continuous on-shelf availability and shelves are filled to capacity at all times
- Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) across shelves and store warehouses
- Inspect in-store warehouses and transfer stock to shelves during each visit
- Rotate shelf stock correctly and maintain clean, organized displays
- Maximize shelf presence and visibility for Niru products
- Implement shelf rental and promotional displays in line with agreed terms
- Identify, report, and action damaged or short-expiry stock according to company policy
- Use approved POSM , ensuring it is clean, visible, and appropriately placed
- Complete daily call reports , stock transfer sheets, and all required documentation accurately
- Proven experience as an FMCG Merchandiser , preferably within food & beverage
