Job Description
Responsibilities
- Execute in-store merchandising activities across assigned outlets in line with brand guidelines.
- Ensure proper planogram implementation and compliance in all stores.
- Maintain high standards of product visibility, shelf placement and display execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to A, B, C class markets across the UAE.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock replenishment and inventory management.
- Monitor stock levels and minimize out-of-stock situations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail partners.
- Provide market feedback, competitor insights and sales trends.
- Ensure timely reporting on store visits, stock and merchandising activities.
- Support promotional activities and ensure effective execution of campaigns in-store.
