Merchandiser (Abu Dhabi, UAE)

The Merchandiser is responsible for executing merchandising standards across assigned stores ensuring accurate product placement, planogram compliance, category presentation and stock visibility. The role requires the ability to read and interpret planograms, maintain shelf standards and support sales growth through effective visual merchandising and product availability. Read, understand, and execute planograms accurately in stores. Ensure products are placed according to approved merchandising layouts and category plans. Monitor shelf compliance and maintain merchandising standards across assigned outlets. Conduct regular store visits to verify product placement, pricing, and promotional displays.
