Position Title: Planner

Position Purpose

The planner will develop, plan, execute and communicate a product strategy and assortment that meets or exceeds financial goals. Work closely with cross‑functional partners (buying and allocation) from a financial standpoint.

Essential Functions

Review actual sales performance on a weekly/monthly basis. Re‑project in‑season sales and inventories on a weekly/monthly basis and recommend strategies to achieve financial goals. Collaborate with the cross‑functional team on basic replenishment style to optimize sales and inventory. Assist in presenting forecasted sales and inventory plans. Collaborate with peers to ensure consistency of information, share best practices and develop systems knowledge.
