Merchandise operations assistant

We’re looking for a Merchandise Operations Assistant to join the team of a contemporary womenswear fashion brand based in East London. This is a great opportunity for someone highly organised with strong Excel skills who’s looking to gain further experience within merchandising operations, logistics, and wholesale support in a fast‑paced fashion environment.

This is a temporary position for around 6 months to start ASAP, therefore suitable candidates must be immediately available and not on notice.

Responsibilities Support the team with inbound deliveries, shipment tracking, and warehouse intake coordination. Maintain and update shipment trackers, purchase orders, and intake schedules across internal systems. Assist with wholesale order administration, delivery coordination, and shipping documentation.
