Job Requirements
- Mandatory possession of a formally verified ITI (Industrial Training Institute) diploma or equivalent technical certification, specifically focused on Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of verifiable, hands‑on experience in commercial or premium residential facilities management, demonstrating deep technical competence in troubleshooting central chillers, FCUs, and complex 3‑phase electrical panels.
- Exceptional physical stamina required to work in confined, unventilated ceiling ducts and extreme outdoor temperatures. Ability to read technical schematics and communicate professionally in English with high-net-worth tenants is strictly required.
