Job Description
Job Purpose
Supervising of all PPM & Reactive works
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate operation and corrective maintenance services for pumps motors panel boards HVACunits chillers BMS etc.
- Supervise routine checkup and troubleshooting of air handling unit mechanical pump/ motorexhaust fan motors and plumbing.
- Monitor performance of outsourced companies and approve issuance of permits to contractors.
- Delegate and coordinate MEP tasks to subordinates to ensure completion of all MEP works at site.
- Provide report to management on daily/weekly/monthly issues for improved services and to ensure the correct services are delivered.
- Perform other duties as assigned and assist other team members in different work disciplines as required in order to meet all work assignments.
