MEP Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES Project Leadership
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP construction projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule. Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including design consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Procurement & Scheduling
- Manage procurement strategies, construction sequencing, and risk mitigation plans. Site Oversight
- Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Team Management
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and present regular project reports, progress updates, and issue resolutions to senior management and clients. Contract & Change Management
