MEP Project Engineer

Job Description

Our Client is a leading interior fit-out and furniture solutions provider, specializing in high-quality, custom-built interiors for commercial, hospitality, and residential spaces. As an MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Project Engineer you will be involved in managing the design, execution, and coordination of MEP systems for construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and cost control.

【Responsibilities】
- Develop and review MEP system designs, ensuring they meet project specifications, regulations, and client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for client meetings, project pitching, and project proposals to win new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor project costs and ensure that MEP systems are delivered within budget. Implement cost-saving measures where applicable and manage resources efficiently.
