China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Planning Engineer (MEP) for a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai.

Work as planning engineer on site, prepare and review baseline program together with main contractor, track and update program as per site condition, lead in identifying, recording delay events and submitting EOT
