Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) site activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, and UAE authority regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines to ensure smooth execution of MEP works on site.
- Ensure compliance with UAE standards and authority requirements such as DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense, Dubai Municipality, and local municipality regulations.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and IFC drawings before execution.
- Inspect installation works for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drainage, and fire fighting systems to ensure quality and compliance with project standards.
- Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for all MEP systems.
