Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all MEP construction activities from project initiation to completion
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, ELV, and Fire Alarm works
- Ensure all MEP works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and UAE regulations
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop construction methodologies, work plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
- 12–15 years of UAE experience in MEP construction, including at least 5 years as an MEP Construction Manager
- Proven experience in Residential, Commercial, High-Rise, and Villa Projects
