Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner (HIP) — 24h/wk

The Doctors Kerikeri is seeking a Health Improvement Practitioner to join our committed general practice team. This permanent, part-time role (24 hours per week across 3 days, Monday to Friday) focuses on increasing access to wellbeing and behavioural health services.

You will work with individuals and families to improve mental health and overall wellbeing, supporting practice teams with consultations and guidance.
