Mental Health Unit: Patient Support & Security

Nelson Marlborough Health in Nelson Hospital is seeking a Patient Support & Security Worker for the Adult Mental Health Unit. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and supporting staff to address the needs of patients and their whānau.

Experience in security is preferred, but training will be provided. Strong communication, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate are essential, with eligibility to work in New Zealand required.
