Mental Health Support Worker

Pebble Lodge, a purpose-built 10‑bed general adolescent unit for young people aged 13 to 18 with acute and severe mental health problems, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Mental Health Support Worker to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out tasks identified by trained nursing staff in relation to young people’s needs.
- Assist in organised activities and help create a safe, supportive atmosphere for residents.
- Provide emotional support to young people as needed.
- Report relevant information to senior staff and participate in multidisciplinary and risk‑management meetings.
- Make accurate observations and record data in the RiO patient records system.
- Work a flexible schedule of 25+ hours per week; full‑time is also an option.
- Provide weekend and night cover (enhanced pay).
