Your role as Mental Health Specialist (ER & Crisis)

• Conduct suicide risk and crisis assessments (including C-SSRS and other clinical tools)
• Triage and manage high‑risk and urgent mental health cases in a high‑volume environment
• Provide crisis intervention, safety planning and de‑escalation support
• Determine risk level and appropriate clinical pathway (internal or external escalation) and coordinate with emergency/community resources
