Liquid Personnel is looking for a capable and experienced Mental Health Social Worker to join the Adult Mental Health Team for our client at Slough.

What will your responsibilities be?
Mental Health Assessments: Undertake thorough assessments of individuals’ mental health and social care needs, using a strengths-based and risk-informed approach.

Care and Support Planning: Develop and implement personalised support plans that align with recovery goals and legal duties.

Crisis Intervention: Respond effectively to mental health crises, including carrying out risk assessments and initiating safeguarding measures when necessary.
