Overview

The position reports to the Housing Coordinator and the Chief Executive Officer. The Mental Health & Justice Supportive Housing Case Manager coordinates rent supplement units for individuals aged 16 and older with mental health and justice involvement. The role seeks housing options, builds relationships with landlords and clients, and supports client transition to stable housing.

Qualifications

• BSW preferred or equivalent experience
