The Role

Are you passionate about supporting Indigenous community members on their healing journey? Do you bring both professional training and a deep understanding of the systemic barriers Indigenous people face when accessing mental health and addiction services?

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health and Addiction Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide culturally grounded, client-centered support to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness, while navigating complex health and social systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive case management with a primary caseload of approximately 30 clients
  • Deliver outreach-based mental health and addiction support to individuals experiencing or at risk of homelessness
