Brief job description:

This management post within the Membership, Services and Engagement team will hold responsibility for planning, managing and strengthening Welsh Women’s Aid’s service development activities for our national membership.

The post holder will lead the membership and services team to collaborate with WWA members to deliver improved service responses for women, men, children and young people impacted by abuse.

This includes overseeing WWA’s National Quality Service Standards (NQSS) programme for member services and building capacity within specialist services to respond to commissioning environments
