Job Description
Salary & Incentives
- Base Salary: $2,200
- Uncapped Incentives (Earn more by selling membership packages)
- Variable bonuses
- 5.5-day work week (5 / 6 / 5 / 6 rotation)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturday or Sunday
- Start Date: First Monday of every month
- Multiple locations available (Islandwide)
- Assignment based on operational needs, followed by candidate preference
- Full training provided (no experience in fitness required)

- Promote and sell gym membership packages to prospective customers
- Conduct follow‑ups with potential members to close sales
- Actively engage walk‑in customers and existing members
