Role Overview
Member Technical is a service-minded individual with solid technical expertise in charge of implementing and configuring trading platforms for our clients.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Work with our clients to analyze their requirements and issues from both a functional and technical perspective
- Configure, integrate and customize our products to fulfill the client's business requirements
- Liaise with our Product team and our Technical Account Managers
- Proactively improve processes to promote better quality and safer deployments
- Assist the support team on the most critical support cases
