Medicare Member Advocate & Navigator

Understood Care is seeking an experienced member navigation specialist to assist Medicare beneficiaries after intake. You will help members access services, locate providers, and schedule appointments, guiding them through portals and forms.

You will coordinate with clinical staff to identify practical support needs, document interactions in the platform, and rely on your knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system to exercise independent judgment.
