Medical Technologist (Histology / Cytology / Haematology) Hospital

Working Hours: 3 SHIFT , any 5 days of the week including PH and weekends

Job Scope:

• Perform routine test procedures, automated or manual, in the laboratory

• Maintains a clean and well organised work area.

• Maintains proper inventory level of all supplies and report any deficiency to the appropriate section manager or the designate.

• Reviews all daily QC results and discuss any problems with the appropriate section manager or the designate.

• Checks the performance of all instruments in the Laboratory and to report any which is not functioning properly.

• Complies with all regulatory guidelines, participating in CAP proficiency testing, National proficiency testing and inter Hospital QA programs.

• Participates in a routine maintenance program for instruments

• Any other duties as assigned
