Summary About the Position: This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the Department of Defense Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. This will be filled as a permanent position. Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy procedures to obtain blood samples for HIV and other laboratory tests Conduct standardized medical orientation briefings to applicants Review unique medical forms for proper format, coding, and completion In process applicants to verify their identity using previously captured biometrics (i.e., digital fingerprints and photographs.)
