Job Responsibilities
As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the direct supervision and development of the management and store team. You will lead, manage, and ensure the maximization of sales growth in your store. Additionally, you will be accountable for the loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations. You will set strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and create a communication plan to present to teams at GSM, ensuring store conditions remain consistently upheld to established standards. You will also manage recruitment and build a high‑performance team.
Job Requirements
- ~2 years experience in retail management and customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
