Overview
The Scheduler assists practice managers in daily operations of central scheduling unit. Ensures information is obtained regarding the scheduling of physicians on call. Develops templates.
Job Details
POSITION RESPONSIBILITES:
+ Develops/manages templates. • Coordinates doctor’s schedules. • Manages vacation schedule for doctors. • Processes recall letters. • Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to promote patient safety and patient satisfaction. • Assists with additional duties as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ 3 years of physician office scheduling experience.
Salary Range
USD $22.00 - USD $35.00 /Hr.
