Were Hiring | Medical Billing Specialist (RCM Account)
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: 100% Onsite
Salary Package: PHP 25,000 PHP 33,000 (Depending on work experience)
Qualifications
- Must have 12 years of relevant BPO experience, with at least 6 months in medical billing
- Proficient in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication skills
- Willing to work shifting schedules, including holidays
- Must be willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
Key Responsibilities
- Perform medical billing operations accurately and efficiently for RCM accounts
- Review, process, and submit healthcare claims and invoices
- Handle inbound and outbound communication with healthcare providers, patients, and clients
