Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Quality Analyst to support health insurance operations through thorough medical record review and quality validation. This Long-term Contract position is based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, and offers the opportunity to contribute to coding accuracy, timely case handling, and strong operational performance within a collaborative team environment.
