Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Medical Receptionist/Patient Services Advisor to join our vibrant team at Branchalwood Medical Practice. Our team consists of: 2 GP Partners, 3 ANPs, 1 PN and a wider clinical and large admin team.This position is offered on a temporary sixmonth contract, with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role depending on organisational needs.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic medical environment, ensuring smooth patient flow and efficient clinic operations.
