Medical Laboratory Technologist

Position Summary

Are you a Medical Laboratory Technologist looking to highlight your knowledge, skills, and abilities in a new and dynamic environment? We currently have an opportunity for you to bring your excellent work ethic to our Laboratory department.

Reporting to the Chief Technologist, you will perform routine lab procedures and may rotate through various disciplines (Chemistry, Hematology, Transfusion Medicine, Microbiology, and Anatomical Pathology).

Shift Rotation / Hours of Work

Days, Evenings, Nights - 06:00 to 14:00, 08:00 to 16:00, 10:00 to 18:00, 14:00 to 22:00, 23:00 to 07:00, Rotating.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Medical Laboratory technology program; R.T. (General).
• Eligible for certification from the Canadian Society of Laboratory Technologists.

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to organize work.
• Ability to work alone, unsupervised.
