Medical Laboratory Technician | West Coast

We are seeking

a motivated and versatile MedicalLaboratory Technician (MLT) to join our busy laboratory team at Te Nikau
Hospital on a fixed-term maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity
to contribute to the delivery of high-quality laboratory services that support
patient care across the West Coast region.

Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you
will perform a variety of pre-analytical, phlebotomy, and laboratory duties
while ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, and patient service.

About the Role

As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will play an
integral role in supporting the laboratory's daily operations. Your
responsibilities will include:

Receiving, registering, and preparing samples for testing and distribution within the laboratory and to external laboratories.
