Medical Hall / TCM Retail Assistant

• Assist customers with TCM products and health-related enquiries
• Manage daily retail operations and inventory
• Maintain store cleanliness and product display
• Provide excellent customer service and sales support

• Experience in medical hall, TCM retail, pharmacy, or healthcare industry preferred
• Knowledge of Chinese patent medicines is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented
• Candidates with TCM qualifications/background are preferred
• TCM therapists (Tuina practitioners) are welcome to apply
